I love that you made 3, "one for me and one that was MINE"! That's a perfect distribution.

Oh, Emily, you are my kind of gal (as if I didn't know that). Like Betsy, I like the idea of "one for me, one for hubby and one Mine!" I agree, this was decadent. When I came to your Link this morning and couldn't find your post, instead I just read everything on your page. Love the part about "wife to a guy who has no hobbies but me!" That's exactly how Michael was! It's called "connected at the hip." To be truthful, I miss it.

That's a great way to split the portions! :) I can't believe how rich and delicious this mousse is - who knew that caramel could make a favourite even more wonderful?

Perfect division of portions!

I did half the recipe as well. I wish I had divided in into three glasses and save the third for the cook!

Two for me, one for you. I definitely had to make the full batch. We really enjoyed this!

Hahaha, YES. I'd say something similar, but to soften it for the husband I'd say: one for you, one for me, and one for the cook. :) I mean, we have to sample it before we serve it to anyone else! Glad the half recipe worked--it's so rich that if I try it again, I'll be doing a half recipe.

I did the whole recipe and loved it! I will make it again and again and again- I do not share equally either- first one to get it has it!
