bulgar wheat salad with dried mint, olive oil, chopped pistachios,
pomegrante seeds, chopped fresh mint, chopped parsley
pomegrante molasses, salt and black pepper

The chicken thigh fillets are marinated for minimum of
two hours ~ sliced green chilies, sliced garlic,
pomegranate molasses, vegetable oil and ground black pepper
sauted in hot vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes per side, both sides
cover and slow cook until sauce thicken.

That is one delicious meal! The chicken sounds so easy to cook and so much flavour from the marinating ingredients. Perfect with the bulgur wheat salad!
I am just adding bulgar wheat to my diet. Looks good.
