Chicken, Apples, and Cream à la Normande

served with

Lemon-steamed spinach

I used a local red bayam (asian spinach)

Cinnamon Crunch Chicken

above: chicken fillets for me

and a salmon version for hubby

and hubby loved these cookies so much 

(either that or he was really hungry)

I caught him having a sandwich with the biscuits as a filling!
