I only buttered the pans but left them in the fridge for 30mins - same time
as for the madeleine batter. The little gems came out of the pan easily!
Now if only I know what is 'fill individual mould till 3/4 full' then I would
have got 20+ pieces of these soft, tender (but a bit sweet for my liking) goodies!

I have been looking for madeleine pans, and am not sure whether the ones in Daiso are good. Now I know! Thanks, I'll be getting them soon!

I find most of Daiso baking pans are good! Definitely worth the money! I bought 4 of the madeleine pans and was gifted another 2! yeahhhhh
