It is supposed to be Crusty Baked Potatoes with Whipped Feta, but I paired the feta with boiled tapioca root (cos these were bought last Sunday!), and I had feta cheese to be used up! And I used chopped spring onions (home grown) instead of chives.
A huge bowl of the whipped feta will be appreciated at any potluck party when it is accompanied by the crusty baked potatoes or any baked root vegetables!

This looks like absolute heaven to me! I love feta and the idea of pairing it with crusty potatoes or any root vegetable sounds amazing! Thanks for pointing this one out!
Interesting recipe for the whipped feta. That goes so well with the baked potatoes.
Whipped feta sounds interesting, I have to admit I feel not comfortable at the moment with Ina.
I love crusty potatoes.
What a fantastic idea with tapioca!
